This website, rayneops.dev, is operated by RayneOps, an unregistered business brand operating in Nigeria. In this page, “RayneOps”, “we” and “us” mean RayneOps as the operator of this website. For any question about this page, write to rayneops.hq@gmail.com.
Privacy
This section explains what personal information RayneOps handles through this website, why, who else is involved, and how long it is kept.

Please do not include passwords, confidential documents, sensitive personal information, or information about other people that we do not need to answer your enquiry. If you contact us directly by email or WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send that way.
Technical and security information
- IP address. Used to limit repeated submissions. It is converted into a keyed one-way hash (HMAC) before storage, so our rate-limiting store never holds the address itself. A hash of this kind can still be personal information, and we treat it as such.
- Email address and submission fingerprint. Keyed one-way hashes are used to limit confirmation emails to one address and to recognize an identical enquiry sent twice.
- Time spent on the form. Measured in your browser and sent with the enquiry. Forms completed in under 3 seconds are treated as automated. It is not included in any email.
- Spam-trap field. The form has a hidden field people do not see. Submissions that fill it in are discarded.
- Request information. Our hosting provider processes information such as IP address, browser details, the page requested and the time, to deliver pages and keep the service secure.
How we use information
We use this information to read and respond to your enquiry, send one confirmation email, assess whether and how we can help, protect the website from spam and abuse, keep a reasonable record of business correspondence, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or add you to a marketing list.
Automated spam checks can stop a submission from being delivered. They make no other decision about you. If you think a genuine enquiry was blocked, email rayneops.hq@gmail.com.

These providers operate internationally, so information may be processed in countries other than the one you live in. They may keep operational, security and delivery logs under their own terms.
How long information is kept
- Rate-limiting and duplicate-detection records expire automatically in Upstash, within about 21 minutes and 2 minutes respectively.
- Enquiry emails and correspondence are kept in the RayneOps inbox for as long as they are needed to deal with your enquiry, any resulting project, and reasonable business and legal record-keeping. We have not set a fixed period.
- Provider logs are kept for the periods each provider and our account settings determine.
Security
This website uses encrypted connections, validates every submission on the server, limits submissions to 16 KB and to 5 per 10 minutes from one connection, rejects forms posted from other websites, and keeps API keys on the server. If our abuse protection is unavailable, the form stops accepting enquiries and asks you to email us instead. Enquiries are not stored in a website database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact rayneops.hq@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this notice
We may update this page when our practices, providers or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
Terms
These terms apply to your use of this website, which RayneOps operates as described at the top of this page. By using it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it. The website describes the services RayneOps offers and lets you send an enquiry. It does not provide user accounts, software access, online purchases or payments.
Service descriptions and examples
Descriptions on this website are general, and the content and scope of any engagement are agreed individually. We may decline an enquiry at our discretion. Workflows and scenarios marked as illustrative are examples. They are not case studies of real clients and do not describe delivered projects or results. Content on this website is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice.
No promise of business results
RayneOps does not promise any particular business outcome from using this website or our services, including the number or quality of leads, meetings, conversions, pipeline value, revenue, cost savings or return on investment. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
Enquiries do not create an engagement
Sending an enquiry, receiving our reply or having a discovery conversation does not create a contract or client relationship, and does not commit either party. Paid services are provided only under a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms for that engagement.
Information you submit
You confirm that what you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to share it. You keep any rights you have in it, and you allow us to use it to consider and respond to your enquiry.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use this website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- submit spam, automated enquiries, or enquiries in someone else’s name without permission;
- attempt to bypass rate limits, spam protection or other security measures;
- probe, scan or test the website’s vulnerability without our written permission; or
- introduce malware, interfere with the website’s operation, or scrape it in a way that places an unreasonable load on it.

Intellectual property
The website’s text, design, diagrams and the RayneOps name and logo belong to RayneOps or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own information. You may not otherwise copy or use them, including to suggest an endorsement or affiliation, without our written permission.
Third-party services and links
This website relies on the providers listed above and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for websites we do not control.
Availability and liability
We may change, suspend or withdraw the website at any time. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided “as is” without warranties, and RayneOps is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business or data, arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Data requests
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the right to:
- ask whether we hold personal information about you, and request a copy;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing;
- withdraw consent where we rely on it; and
- complain to a data-protection regulator.
