Privacy Policy

• Contact and project enquiries: name, work or contact email, organization, enquiry category, project description, and any timeline or budget range you provide. These are sent by email to the RayneOps inbox. We do not store them in a database.
• Privacy requests: the email address, request type, and details you send. These are sent by email to the RayneOps inbox. We do not store them in a database.
• RayneOps Insights: your email address and your consent, recorded with the time it was given and the version of the consent text. Subscriptions become active only after you confirm by email. Subscriber records are held in Brevo.
• Cookies: a single cookie that records your cookie choice. See the Cookie Policy.
• Legacy records: subscription and early-access records collected before this change, including records from the RayneChat early-access programme, which has been discontinued. These are held in a separate database. They are not used to send email, and the website does not read them.

We use enquiry and privacy-request information to respond to you. We use subscriber information to send RayneOps Insights to people who have confirmed their subscription. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We use Brevo to send enquiry and privacy-request email, and to hold RayneOps Insights subscriptions as contacts. Brevo acts on our instructions. The website is hosted on Vercel. Legacy records are held in a separate database that the website does not use.

We never ask you for a password by email, and we never send passwords by email.

• RayneOps Insights subscribers: while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your address stays on Brevo’s suppression list so that we do not email you again.
• Enquiries and privacy requests: in the RayneOps inbox for as long as needed to respond and to keep our records.
• Legacy records: kept until they are migrated or deleted. No deletion has yet taken place.

You can unsubscribe from RayneOps Insights using the link in any email, or with the unsubscribe form on the Insights page. You can ask for access to, or deletion of, your information on the privacy requests page, or by emailing rayneops.hq@gmail.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
